We deliver to 170 countries around the world. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

We’ll ship your order via UPS, USPS, FEDEX or DHL. For your security, merchandise packages will only be shipped automaticlly with insurance to the billing address that corresponds to the address associated with your method of payment. Any packages require an adult’s signature. Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.

You can feel confident knowing that your purchase is securely packaged and fully insured while in transit, and that it arrived safely at its destination.

We offer free domestic and international insured shipping for all purchases.

SDELIVERY TIMING

In-stock orders are shipped on the next business day. Almost all jewelry is made-to-order. For made-to-order pieces, the production time is 7 to 10 business days. Once production is complete, the item is shipped the following day.

If your order is a rush, please contact us via our customer service page and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order’s production time.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Benoza due to multiple failed delivery attempts).

SCUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES

All of our jewelry is designed and crafted in our Europe studios. Your orders will be shipped from Europe. Benoza Jewelry are not responsible for customs and duty charges. For all international orders the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Benoza is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.
